At EELUXEHAIR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Return & Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or if you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at within 14 days of delivery and our customer service team will be happy to resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions:

For custom-made units, a return can only be made if an incorrect cap size was supplied. In this case, we will gladly replace the unit with the correct size. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns

If your return is accepted, You are fully responsible for sending back your item. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges 

We will only offer an exchange or store credit only if the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived defective or damaged from our part.

All items and parcels are photographed before shipment and thoroughly inspected by us. If you received a defective or damaged order, please contact our customer service team at eeluxehair@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to provide clear photos of the products and packaging and a detailed description of the issue. Failure to provide photos may result in the claim being denied.

 

Order cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to customer errors. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.
