Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days for all in-stock items and 7-14 business days for custom made wigs. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped using your selected shipping method.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Next day delivery available for UK orders placed before 3pm, fee will be calculated at checkout and signature may be required. Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 business days and tracking information will be provided.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express within 3-7 business days and full tracking will be provided. Customs, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are customer responsibility.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for: 

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Delays caused by couriers or customs
• Lost or stolen packages marked "delivered"

If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
